The booking terms & conditions applicable to travelers are:
When you make a booking or make a change of an existing booking or a cancelation of a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to do so on behalf of your group (“occupants”). If you wish to make a change or a cancelation to your confirmed booking, you must notify us by way of scanned letter through email signed by the group leader. Such notification will take effect on the first working day we receive this during the hours of 10am to 5.30pm Greek time. If you decide to make a change we shall make every attempt to meet your request, but cannot guarantee compliance with such requests. Any changes will take the form of new booking and may result to additional charges if the new arrangements are more expensive. Where we can meet a change request, changes may be subject to payment of an administration fees plus additional costs as a result of applicable rate changes plus any costs or charges incurred or imposed by the accomodation principal and any of our service providers. Changes of occupants names will not be treated as a change. Where we are unable to assist you and you do not wish to proceed with the original booking we will treat this as a cancellation by you. Except for a change of name and reduction in the number of occupants, any changes you make will be treated as a cancellation. Travelers should note that besides the booking terms & conditions accepted at time of booking, accomodation principals may impose additional conditions on other matters pertaining to their stay which will also apply.
Price & availability are provided to us by the accomodation suppliers and may in exceptional circumstances be out of date (eg. another booking may have been accepted for the same accomodation by an on-line booking engine whilst yours was in the process of being confirmed). In such exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to cancel confirmed bookings within 24 hours of confirmation and immediately provide you with a full refund of any amounts paid to us; we will not be held liable for any additional cancellation charges or refunds of other monies paid in relation to your travel arrangements. We also rely on third parties to promote auxiliary services. However do not sell these services or any prearranged combinations of such services. If you wish to buy auxiliary services, we can on your behalf contact service providers and arrange for those services to be provided. We are not responsible for yours or the occupants’ third party liability and medical repatriation insurances, we do not offer such insurances and shall not be held liable for the absence of such insurances. However we strongly advise that you take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and the occupants against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses.
The booking terms & conditions applicable to agents (B2B) are those included in the B2B platform and (where applicable) those agreed between the parties in writing.
